This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") read along with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("IT Rules").

The domain name www.aavo.app (hereinafter referred to as "Website/App") is owned by Sharv Auto Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at SPTBI, Bhavan Campus, Munshi Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai 400058.

Throughout this document, "we", "us", "our", "ours" refer to AAVO. The terms "client", "user", "you", "your" and "yourself" or similar terminology are all in use in reference to the individual user of this Website/App.


1. WHAT CONSTITUTES PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA & INFORMATION?

1.1. 'Personal Information' is defined to mean, any information that relates to a natural person which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such a person. 'Sensitive Personal Data or Information' is defined to mean such personal information which consists of information relating to passwords, financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details, physical, physiological and mental health conditions, sexual orientation, medical records and history, biometric information (i.e. fingerprints', 'eye retinas and irises', 'voice patterns', 'facial patterns', 'hand measurements', 'DNA', etc.,), any detail relating to the above as provided to a body corporate for providing service; and any information received which falls under the above mentioned categories by a body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise. This payment information is handled securely and is not stored by AAVO directly.

2.3 When you access AAVO through your mobile device or computer, we automatically collect technical and device-specific information. This may include your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network data, IP address, MAC address, and browser type and language. This helps us detect fraud, improve security, and ensure compatibility with your device.

2.4 Device and Technical Information: We may also collect usage information via server logs, such as the features you use, search terms, session duration, pages visited, and referral sources. Crash reports, system activity, and hardware settings may be logged to diagnose issues and enhance your experience.

2.5 Location Data: To help you discover nearby events and connect with local communities, we collect your precise or approximate location (based on GPS, IP address, or Wi-Fi/Bluetooth signals), subject to your device permissions. This allows us to recommend events, show who else is attending, and connect you with like-minded people nearby.

2.5 User-Generated Content: You may upload photos, share posts, or recommend events on the AAVO Platform. This content is stored and displayed publicly or within the community, and is attributed to your profile. While we review user-submitted content for appropriateness, we do not claim ownership or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or any consequences arising from user-generated recommendations or hosted events. We may analyze data from such media content, including captions, tags, images, and associated interactions, for purposes such as improving our event and experience recommendations, personalizing your feed, enhancing user engagement, and delivering more relevant and targeted advertisements across the Platform.


3. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION?

3.1. We may use a range of tools and technologies to collect information about you, your browsing behavior, your access devices (such as mobile phones, tablets, or computers), and the browsers or apps you use to connect to the AAVO Website or App.

6. CHILDREN'S DATA

6.1 We at AAVO are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of children in compliance with applicable privacy laws in India and globally.

7.1 AAVO uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), including predictive algorithms and generative AI (GenAI), to enhance user experience, analyze sentiment, personalize content and event recommendations, optimize search functionality, and improve overall platform security and engagement.

7.2. These technologies are implemented in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and applicable data protection and privacy laws.

7.3. Our AI systems use predictive sentiment analysis to interpret user preferences, interests, mood, and interaction patterns in order to suggest relevant events, communities, and content. This analysis helps us tailor your in-app experience and drive more meaningful engagement. All AI operations are designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and accountability.

7.4. Your personal data, including interaction history, content engagement, device data, and browsing patterns, may be processed using GenAI and predictive systems. These technologies assist with automated recommendations and insights but do not independently make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on users without human oversight.

AAVO does not claim rights over your content but may display and process it in accordance with this Privacy Policy to support social and discovery features, such as showing recommendations or event engagement.

15.2. Users recommending events are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and outcomes of those recommendations. AAVO reviews such listings for basic appropriateness but does not verify, control, or assume responsibility for third-party events or content. Any liability arising from event attendance, interactions, or disputes lies with the parties involved.

If you are an event host or organizer using the AAVO Platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your event listing and all associated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights. AAVO provides tools to facilitate discovery, promotion, and ticketing but does not act as the event organizer or assume responsibility for the event itself.

15.4. In curating recommendations and improving event discovery, AAVO may aggregate publicly available information from third-party platforms. We are committed to responsible data use and innovation, focused on openness, interoperability, and benefit to the broader community. We do not claim ownership over publicly sourced content, and we strive to respect the intellectual property and terms of use of original publishers.
